What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether you want to keep or return items. We ask that you please use a sheet under the blanket you purchased when trying it on your horse.  You are responsible for shipping the blanket back to us.

Refund requirements:

Items must be returned in the condition they were received. If an item is returned dirty you will be charged a $30.00 cleaning and restocking fee. For “New with Tags” items, the original tags must be still attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What condition can I expect from your items?

Each item we sell has been chosen because we believe it to be ready to do the job it was designed to do. Each item is expertly washed by The Mane Thread ensuring the blanket or item you receive is clean. No blanket leaves without being carefully inspected for anything that may need to be repaired. Repairs are done by The Mane Thread or by The Humble Horse Wardrobe depending on what needs to be done.

Do you guarantee your items ?

No, all products are offered on an "as is" basis, and no guarantees can be made regarding the effectiveness or durability of any product sold. We also cannot guarantee the waterproof nature of any turnout sheet or blanket sold.
